Trial Class Rules:
- If the participant is under 18 years of age, a Legal Guardian will stay during the trial training session.
- Rough housing, lack of self-control, or any display of disrespect will not be tolerated.
- All jewelry, piercings, caps, scarves, and unsafe clothing must be removed.
- Do not to eat or drink a lot right before the class (1 hr for a snack).
- Arrive 10 minutes before the class start time.

- Wear loose fitting clothes (no jeans).
